The process for assigning coaches is a step-by-step process.
HEAD COACHES
- Determine the head coaches that are returning for the same team in the same league and assign them to their team upon their registration. It is very beneficial for all returning coaches to register as early as possible.
- Identify other possible interested head coaches and add them to a working list.
- Then begin to assign new head coaches at the same time we do the draft to make sure we have everyone signed up.
- Important Note: Although we strongly desire to have all head coaches assigned before the coach's meeting, it is possible we will assign head coaches even after the coach's meeting.
Interested Head Coaches that do not indicate their interest via registration should first update their profile on our website and also contact the office.
ASSISTANT COACHES
The Head coach will be given the choice as to who his/her official assistant coach will be. The official assistant coach is important in that their child is also assigned to the team. The official assistant coach that is identified must also agree to be the official assistant coach.
Other assistant coaches can be selected from the family of assigned players to that team after the draft is completed and the players are assigned to that team.
