The nature of the job takes me away from the desk often and it is impossible to set regular office hours, so that is one of the main reasons for this Help Center.  I created this website to make it a lot easier to find answers to your questions.  Our main website doesn't have the functionality to offer a search.  If you have questions, I recommend the most effective way to get an answer is in the following order:

  1. Search the Knowledge Base...
    1. I will be adding and updating content often to help answer all your questions.  This is always your first place to start and it is search enabled to that should help a lot.
  2. Can't find it?   Use our Request Portal.
    1. Emails get buried and sometimes lost.  Your request will not get lost in email and your request will be our highest priority on a first-come-first-serve basis.  This is the most efficient method of getting your question or request answered if you can't find it on this site.
    2. Submit a request.  If you need to request to play up or missing part of your uniform, we offer a request portal.  Click here.
  3. Prefer to talk to someone?
    1. You can try calling the office but I am just not able to answer very often and I will get back to you as soon as I can but the best way to talk to me directly is to schedule a meeting or a phone call here.
  4. Email me at lyndonrec@gmail.com...
    1. Still a good way but emails get buried sometimes (especially during April through most of June) and I am trying to decrease emails as much as possible especially during the season.
  5. Call the office at 502-425-9301
    1. Honestly, not a great option but we do have voice mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
  6. Dropping in the office...
    1. This is hit or miss but I will be at the park when there are league games.  The worst time is 5-6:00pm as I am pretty busy getting games started but usually after 6:00pm is a good time to catch me.
