FORMAT

The format that you originally received was done by one of the board members. I like the idea of most of it but I feel we need to put it on the back burner and look closer at it for next year.

1. The Head Coaches that finished first and second in the regular will oversee the all-star game(s) for their league if there is one age group game. If two age group games (younger and older), then the coach that finished 3rd and 4th will be the Orange and Blue team Head Coaches respectfully.
2. If we stay with the orange and blue team concept, the orange team will be odd numbers, 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. and the blue team will be the even numbers 2, 4, 6 8 etc. based on the regular season finish.
3. The coaches for these teams will serve as assistants as needed.
4. Each Head Coach will submit their top players to the appropriate Head Coach.

REMEMBER:

The Lyndon All-Star game is not like an all-star team that competes against other leagues. If we were trying to win a state title, we would try to get the very best group of players and usually the top team in the league would probably have more top players than the teams that finished low in the standing. However, we want all teams to be represented equally.

This is the number one goal, equal representation.

Go to the All-Star Game page on the Help Center to for coaches names and emails for each league. Please direct your questions to YOUR All-Star Team Head coach. If they don't know the answer, they should reach out to me.

We still plan on playing the game Wednesday the 15th for the younger leagues If we have anymore delays I will cancel the Younger All-Star games.

I also feel we need to go ahead and cancel the older All-Star game as it is already so late. I will wait until Monday for any feedback.
