Back in the Draft

Back in the Draft

Okay, so we don't actually draft but we do pull all new players from a "pool" based on defined criteria that we call the draft.   This pool of players consists of brand new players that are entering the division or league for the first time or they are players that have requested to be put back in the draft.

When a player is placed back in the draft, they are requesting to NOT play for the same coach as they did last year.  We will place this player in the pool of players that will be assigned to a team and will be placed on a team OTHER than the team they played for the previous year.
