COACHES MEETINGS-FALL SEASON | COACHES ONBOARDING

COACHES MEETINGS SCHEDULE FOR FALL 2026
Each League will have a coaches meeting in August for the Fall season typically starting by the middle of August and ending by the third week of August.  The schedule is below and you can view the coaches meeting schedule along with other Lyndon events on the Yearly Calendar.   

MEETING LOCATION
The Coaches Meetings will be held at the Park Office in the Lobby. The closest parking is in the business offices building next to the park.   Here is a Google Map.  (Area map with Park Office Location can also be viewed below)

PREPARE FOR THE MEETING
  1. Be on time so we can start on time. 
  2. Be prepared to schedule your practice times if you have not done so already.  More About Practice Times.
  3. We will go over how rosters are created and you will receive a copy of your roster as of the day of the coaches meeting.  The roster is not official until you are notified by the office.
  4. If you need equipment, let Holly know what you need so you can pick it up at the Coaches Meeting.
