Things happen.  Sometimes we aren't able to register by the time the practices start or even later, the games start.  So, we have a waiting list.  So, for whatever reason you are waiting to register "late" we first recommend that you go ahead and register.  The website system will automatically assign your child to the appropriate age group but on the waiting list.  You won't have to pay until the child is activated (removed from the waiting list).  

We consider late registration after the league coaches meeting since that is when we try to complete our roster assignments.  This is usually in the Middle of March for the Spring Season and the middle of August for the Fall season.  The coaches meetings are listed on our Yearly Calendar.  Again, it is a good chance your child will be added to a team even if they go on the waiting list.  It might take a few days but please be patient as it is our goal that no one is on stays on the waiting list.

We will activate players to teams only when they lose players and have needs to fill out their roster from the vacated player or players.  If we activate your child, you will receive an email upon that activation and you will need to complete the registration by paying.  We do not ask for any payment when you are added to the waiting list until you are activated.

At this time, we will assign the athlete to the team and the coach will contact you.  Please be aware that you most likely will have missed practices and even some games if you register late.  If you are not willing to start under these circumstances, please contact the office as soon as possible so we can activate another player on the waiting list.  

We do apologize that once you are on the waiting list that it is likely you won't hear much from us other than the initial confirmation email unless you are activated.  However, we are always making every effort to activate as many athletes as we possibly can so you haven't been forgotten.  

Also, please understand that your chances of being activated once the season begins is very unlikely.  We hate saying this but just making sure this is understood.

So, we recommend that you do go ahead and register (as long as the registration is still open) and get added to the waiting list and we will work on trying to find everyone a team.  It won't cost anything and it will only take a few minutes.
