Our Waiting List

Our Waiting List

The waiting list indicates we have reached a pre-destined number of registrations for that league.  HOWEVER, this does not mean you will stay on the waiting list.  So, we recommend you register and go through the process.  You will not be required to pay until you are activated.  (Activated means you are removed from the waiting list to become eligible to be placed on a roster).

We use the waiting list to manage the roster sizes.  As we get enough players to create a new team, we will activate those players.  What we want to avoid is someone signing up and paying but then finding out there isn't any space for them to play.  We will also continue to add players into the first week of the season as players may drop off the team for a variety of reasons.

Once you are moved off the waiting list (activated) you should receive an email with this notification and then you will need to pay.  If you do not complete your registration promptly you may lose your spot.  Then, once your child is placed on a team, the coach will contact you.  If you don't hear from a coach within a few days after activation, please contact the office.

We activate players based on the league policies and rules.
