Our Team Sponsorship Program is a very important program as it funds our team uniforms. The rules and policies state that each team is required to have a team sponsor. We ask that you, as the Head Coach, work with our office with the following procedures to help secure a team sponsor for your team.
There are three options to help us secure your team sponsorship.
OPTION 1: YOU HAVE A SPONSOR
This is the most efficient option for our team sponsorships. If you know your sponsor, please follow the steps below.
OPTION 2: YOU DON'T HAVE A SPONSOR > ASK YOUR PARENTS
Many times there is/are parents that will be interested in being a sponsor. When I send you your final roster, I will add the responses during registration that asked the parents if they are interested in sponsoring the team. This is a great place to start if you don't know of a sponsor. If no luck there, I would suggest asking them again when you have your roster and contact information. When you find a sponsor, follow the steps below.
OPTION 3: YOU CAN'T IDENTIFY A SPONSOR
First of all, the League Rules require each team to secure a team sponsor but we know this is not always easy so if you can't find one, let the League Office know as soon as you run out of options. This will give us time to try to find a sponsor for your team so you can get uniforms as early as possible. If you wait too long to communicate this with the office, you risk not having your uniforms by opening day.
ONCE YOU HAVE A SPONSOR, FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Agreement Form: Have your sponsor complete our Agreement Form even if they have completed a form in the past. It is important that we have these agreements on file. Here is the Agreement Form that you can forward to your sponsor.
- Business Logo Artwork: We need this as soon as possible as well. The business is given information and instructions concerning the logo when they complete the form but it helps if you follow up with them and us to make sure we have it. If they are a previous sponsor then we probably have their logo on file but it helps if we are reminded they are a previous sponsor. If they are a previous sponsor and they want to use a different logo, we need to know that as soon as possible as well.
- Payment: The Agreement Form and Logo are critically important to get to us as soon as possible but the payment is also really important as we would like to be able to pay for the uniforms in full by opening day. The sponsor will receive an email with instructions concerning the logo and payment upon completion of the form but if they didn't receive it for any reason, have them check their spam first and if that doesn't work, here is the page with the next step instructions. The amount due for Team Sponsors per season is $350.00.
