Can I choose/select a coach?

Well, it depends.  We do allow a parent/child to choose the coach and teammates for Tee Ball in the spring.  We also allow families to choose coaches and teammates in all leagues during the fall, but we do not allow families to choose a coach that they haven't played for in the previous year.  To clarify, here is how the draft (players assignments) works.  

So, if a player is brand new to that league, based on the draft rules, most likely he or she will be added to the "free agent" pool and assigned at random to a team.
